Dolphin Cottage (30 Prospect Road) is a quaint Brixham Fisherman cottage dating from the 19th Century (1850) sitting in the Harbour Bowl which has fantastic views across the town and out towards Brixham Breakwater. This holiday home gives people a real chance to experience the popular fishing town lifestyle.
Dolphin Cottage is a great base for those seeking fantastic views with easy access down the historic and characterful streets to the water edge and town centre. You will be met with an array of local shops, coffee houses and restaurants which are all within a few minutes’ walk.
Dolphin Cottage is a two bedroom cottage with a light and airy living room with fireplace and views across the harbour. The bespoke fitted kitchen is well laid out, with plenty of cupboards and enough space for a table and chairs. The master bedroom with a king size bed, fold out bed and has the benefit of wonderful harbour views. Bedroom two is also a zip link twin room
and has a built-in cupboard. Also, on the first floor is a shower room. Outside there is a terrace with bistro set to enjoy the amazing view and sunsets across the harbour. This is a great place to soak up the ambience of Brixham, watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour and enjoy the many excursions available to discover the local area and wildlife.

Owned by the Acres family, Salty's cottage is both quaint & quirky. It comfortably welcomes 5 guests, and is dog and child friendly. With just a 2 minute walk to Brixham's Harbour, you'll be delighted to find that Salty's is perfectly situated within the picturesque town.
On summer evenings, you'll enjoy sitting in the private courtyard overlooking the town. Whilst in the winter months, you won't be able to resist lighting the cosy log-burner, making the most of the free WiFi and Smart TVs.
